Situated right next to the 15th hole of the golf course, the villa offers stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa has spacious rooms that are attractively furnished and full of natural light. The open living space on the ground floor consists of a living room and kitchen, both of which have access to the private heated saltwater pool and garden. The villa also features a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and an extra guest toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms, all with large balconies and beautiful views of the golf course and sea. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath.
The villa is equipped with modern appliances and has underfloor heating and air conditioning in all rooms. The outdoor terrace space is approximately 100 m2 and has plenty of cozy seating, a barbecue, and space for up to 12 people to dine. The landscaped garden has a saltwater swimming pool (8×4 mtr), which can be heated in colder months, and a table tennis table.
