The villa’s rooftop features a well-furnished terrace with various seating areas and tables, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a sunset drink. Guests can also relish stunning views of the iconic La Concha mountain from here.
First Floor:
On this level, you’ll discover three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a spacious area with a king-size bed, a smart TV on the wall, a private terrace with seating, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, a separate shower, a double sink, and ample wardrobe space. The first guest bedroom offers a king-size bed facing a wall-mounted smart TV, with air conditioning and a view of the pool outside. This room shares a bathroom with a large walk-in shower with the second guest bedroom on this floor. The second guest bedroom includes a double bed facing a smart TV and offers plenty of storage space.
Ground Floor:
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, providing all the appliances and utensils expected in a luxury rental property.
