As you enter through the front door, you’ll find a guest toilet to the left, while the living room, dining area, and kitchen are straight ahead. A staircase and elevator provide access to the lower level and upper level bedrooms. The villa is fully air-conditioned, and strong WiFi is available throughout the property. The living room is bright and airy, featuring comfortable seating, a large smart TV, SONOS speakers, and access to one of several terraces that overlook the pool. The villa also has space for both indoor and outdoor dining, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils.
The upper level comprises three ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the right and offers stunning views through its large windows that open completely to immerse you in the surroundings. The room is tastefully furnished and kept bright and fresh. The attached bathroom includes a separate shower and bath with heated rails and underfloor heating. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and direct access to the south-facing terrace. The third bedroom features two single beds that can be separated and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The lower level boasts a large TV room with a smart TV, SONOS sound system, guest toilet, laundry room, and the fourth bedroom. This bedroom is similar in size to the other guest rooms, with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Like the TV room, this bedroom has direct access to the pool area outside. The pool area is perfect for lounging and dining, featuring comfortable seating, sun loungers, a gas BBQ, a dining table and chairs, and a heated infinity pool.
The fifth bedroom is located outside the main villa and is a private suite with its own ensuite bathroom. It is spacious and includes plenty of wardrobe space and a bathroom with a shower.
The property also offers a gated carport that can accommodate two cars. Ideal for families, golfers, and larger groups seeking a peaceful and relaxing environment, Villa Eagle does not accept stag and hen groups.
