This is a beautiful and modern apartment with 2 bedrooms. It’s located at the entrance of Puerto Banús, which is a very famous area. The apartment has been recently renovated and refurnished to a very high standard. It’s very bright and spacious with sea views.
The apartment is on the top floor of the building and can be accessed by an elevator. The second bedroom is on the left side of the front door and has two single beds. The bathroom is on the right side and has a toilet and a large shower. The kitchen is modern and has all the utensils and appliances needed for a luxury stay.
The living room is spacious and has a large L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs, a flat screen TV, and fast WIFI connection. This room is well lit by natural light coming in from the wall-to-wall window, and also has good ceiling downlighting for the evening. From the window, you can see the beach/sea and the luxurious cars entering the port below.
The master bedroom has a Super King bed and great views onto the water fountain roundabout at the entrance of Puerto Banús. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a bath/shower.
