The kitchen is fitted with; fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, and all glasses, cups, plates, bowls and cutlery.
The kitchen looks through to the dining area (seating for 4) and the living room, which features a comfortable sofa. The room is bathed in light from the large sliding windows that also provide access to the property’s private terrace and garden. On the terrace guests will find an alfresco dining area (seating for 6) and chillout seating.
The master bedroom offers a large double bed, direct access onto the terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and also has access onto the terrace. This bedroom shares use of the guest bathroom (with shower) located just outside the bedroom.
The apartment has centralised A/C (hot and cold) in all rooms, and complimentary and unlimited fibre optic WIF (600mbps) is also provided. Included in the rental is access to a private underground parking space, and use of the community’s facilities (swimming pools and gym).
