This beautiful villa has been recently renovated and has five bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 people. It is situated in Torrenueva, which is a popular neighborhood that has easy access to all amenities. The charming town of La Cala de Mijas is also within walking distance and can be reached by walking along the lovely boardwalk that overlooks the Mediterranean Sea.
The ground floor of the villa has an open plan living area and modern kitchen. There is also a double bedroom on this floor with access to the terrace and pool area.
On the first floor, there are three en-suite bedrooms, two of which have double beds and the other has twin beds. All three bedrooms have direct access to a sundeck with stunning views of the sea.
There is a spacious annex located underneath the house that has a bathroom and kitchenette. This annex can be accessed from both inside and outside the house and has two single beds and a pull-out sofa.
The front terrace and pool area are modern and spacious, with a wooden deck perfect for lounging. The back garden has seating areas and fruit trees, including peach, lemon, and fig trees. There is also an elevated terrace in the back of the garden that is perfect for enjoying drinks in the evening.
A short walk will take you to the beautiful coastal boardwalk. You can turn left to go to La Cala de Mijas village or turn right to visit the Max Beach and El Oceano oceanfront restaurants. There are also Spanish chiringuitos along the way.
Pool heating is available from October to June for an additional fee.
